chianti: wine is the most popular drink. in italy; everybody has had chianti at least once on his table. baron ricasoli made this wine famous in the 19. century when he determined the composition per cent or grapes.
our business, thanks to 13 hectares soil, produces very good chianti wine (docg) from the florentine hills. in the past the wine was bottled in the farms and was sold mostly in florence. this is a strong wine and it’s suitable for ageing, ruby red and lightly brighter than chianti classico. it matches roast and steacks in the florentine way very well.

olive-oil (extra vergine): it’s produced in the chianti hills and is harvested with our own hands when olives have the right ripening this oil is crushed by machines that exact its properties. the ambient believed that olive-oil had healthy and cosmetic properties and that it could give flavour to many kinds of dishes,
in 1985 there was a terrible frost and most olive-trees in the farm were dried. so, we could harvest only tree or 100 olive-trees that year. thanks to our love (or this tree and to the work that the owners made in the past yeas. the production is now at its best.
